How to solve windows 7 access file sharing from windows 2003

Symptom:
- On windows 2003 share a folder with "everyone" full control
- On Windows 7 access to the share folder, it require username and password, even type correct password but can not,

Solution
1- On windows 7 configure the following setting in gpedit.msc
start --> run --> gpedit.msc
Computer Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Security Settings --> Security Options
   -Network Security Minimum session security for NTLM SSP based (including secure RPC) servers
     clear all check box
  -Network Security Minimum session security for NTLM SSP based (including secure RPC) clients
    clear all check box
  -Network security: LAN Manager authentication level
   choose "Send LM & NTLM responses"
start --> run --> gpupdate /force

 2- On Windows 2003 configure the following setting in gpedit.msc 
start --> run --> gpedit.msc
Computer Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Security Settings --> Security Options
  -Network security: LAN Manager authentication level
   choose "Send LM & NTLM responses"
start --> run --> gpupdate /force


 Now the problem should be fixed.................................................................
