virtualize android x86 on virtualbox

1- Download android x86 iso from link below
http://android-x86.googlecode.com/files/android-x86-4.3-20130725.iso


2- Setup new virtual machine and install from the iso that just downloaded above

3- configuration after installation

 -  configure pointer (if the mouse point is invisible)
  (Virtual Machine)  --> Machine --> System --> Motherboard --> Pointer Device --> PS/2 Mouse

 -  configure dnsmasq on your main machine to provide ip configuration to virtualized android machine by edit file /etc/dnsmasq.conf with the following content

dhcp-range=192.168.56.100,192.168.56.240,255.255.255.0,2h
dhcp-option=3,192.168.56.1
dhcp-option=6,8.8.8.8


then run the dnsmasq
 $ sudo dnsmasq

  -  configure ip configure on android machine by switch to tty1 (graphical interface is on tty7)
  # netcfg eth0 dhcp
  # ndc resolver setifdns eth0 "" 8.8.8.8  8.8.8.4
 
  now when you switch back to gui, you would be able to access the internet,  and if you what to access play store, just configure google account then you can install any app that you like

get information if ip address of eth0
use command
ifconfig eth0

to set property and get property
use command
setprop net.dns1 8.8.8.8
getprop
